A quick scan took all but a minute, finding a major portion of the data in the drive. One thing to be mindful of, though: Remo gives the option of a deep scan. I found what I needed and was able to recover only what I was looking for (I had the option of selecting what to recover and what to leave behind). Once you run the scan, you will then need to make a financial commitment to actually secure/restore the files found during the scan. As long as your computer has rewritten over the data, Remo will find it. Not just recent content, but things deleted a considerable time ago. I just couldn't believe how much content was found, ranging from documents, spreadsheets, photos, and videos. But they give you the option of a free scan (you choose which drive to scan), and then you are given a list of all possible files that can be recovered. When I found Remo, I thought it was too good to be true. I didn't think it was possible to recover some of the deleted files I needed to recover.
